As part of our CSR; we engage with schools within our community and educate school children and teachers on:

The health benefits of coconut oil,
industries and careers coconut processing create.

We engaged with over 1700 school children within our processing community and impacted entrepreneurial and leadership training/skills into them.

We also conduct seminars to educate the youths in these schools on the risks associated with illegal migration to Europe through deserts and oceans. Advising the youths to create their own jobs and be

their own bosses. During the seminars we also encourage girls not to be dependents but to stand and become entrepreneurs.

The theme for the seminars are

"BUILDING ENTREPRENEURS IN AFRICA TO REDUCE SUICIDAL MIGRATION TO EUROPE - PREPARING A GIRL TO DEVELOP AFRICA".

Our youth are paying money to become slaves on a strange land. Some do not reach their dream destination, some die alone the journey, some are murdered, some are sold to be slaves, some are drown by the sea, some wish to come back home but its too late.

The aim of this seminar is to plant in the hearts and minds of our young boys and girls the spirit of entrepreneurship, to believe that every boy and girl could make it in their own country. And to remove the perception that they could only see their dreams come through only when they go to Europe. Again to reduce or eliminate the rate of our youth migrating to Europe through suicidal ways. The school children were also exposed to over 30 coconut processing industries they could develop interest into create a nation of industrialization.

Sharing with Orphanage centres at Kumasi and within our community

Today, we were so happy knowing that we have impacted a positive mark in the youths within our community and created the next generation to be capable of building their country to be like or better than the "dream western countries". A new hope has been born in these children including their teachers; and you could see on their faces with joy.

As part of our CSR, we took the opportunity yearly and share our joy with school children at Trede Catholic School which is within our processing community. We offer them gifts and play with them.

Engaging women:

90% of our workforce are women. Given these women who are single parents an opportunity is really helping them to be independent and also take care of their children.

We engage single mothers/women to earn a living to take care of their dependents.

We train single mothers to acquire skills

We engage more women and single mothers to make use of their time to earn a living.

As part of our CSRs we sometimes visit rural areas and educate the people on creating jobs by processing coconut.

We visited a village in the Central region and train for free on how to process coconut into coconut oil and others.

Supporting the Church:
